Tilrettelegging for barns samspill i utelek
Abstract
The purpose of this bachelor is to investigate how selected educational leaders from different kindergartens work to facilitate interactions among children in outdoor play. Considering most interactions during a day in kindergarten happen outside, we chose to limit the interactions that pertain to that. Kindergarten children spend a lot of their time outdoors. This is where the children are going to make most of their growth and development, and through that learn to interact in society. By keeping the focus of our bachelor on facilitation of children’s interactions in outdoor play, we have had to choose the most relevant aspects of interaction as well. These aspects include facilitation, the adult role as facilitator, and interactions during outdoor play. We have delved in depth in these aspects and emphasized key points that together with the data we collected, will form a basis for discussion and a conclusion. The method we chose to use to gather the data was a qualitative research interview. We chose to interview three educational leaders from three different kindergartens, two female and one male. To conclude our bachelor, we have summarized the discussion highlights and presented how the interviews helped us to answer our thesis.
