This thesis is about refugee children that comes to Norway and Norways treatment and care of the children's perspective in our meeting with them. Both unaccompanied minors and children accompanied by family are an exposed and vulnerable group that needs extra care and protection in their new country. This based on the conditions and experiences the refugees have been through in their native homeland, during the escape and after coming to Norway. The refugee children have all the rights as all other native children in Norway. But in reality it seams that their status as asylum seekers and refugees overrun their position as a children. Through a literature study, I want to do a survey on what factors that can strengthen the child's perspective in the reception of refugee children. And what part The Dialogical Communication Method (DCM) as a conversation method can play to strengthen the child perspective.nb_NO
