The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the cooperation between the child welfare service and the kindergarten by seeing trust as a theoretically perspective. The different ways of looking at cooperation will also have a central part in the paper. This is an empirical, qualitative method that will bring up several factors that can encourage trust, and how the educational supervisors at the kindergarten experience the cooperation with the child welfare service. Two interviews have been conducted. The experiences of the informants shows difference of opinion, but the finds shows the same result. Trust is important to build at good cooperation between people, but that alone is not enough to lay the foundation for the cooperation. Relations and knowledge of the other part are also key factors.
