dc.description.abstract | The thesis in this text is What is relational competency and how can pedagogical leaders use this knowledge in work with children and employees in the kindergarten? To answer this thesis, we chose to use a qualitative interview. We interviewed three pedagogical leaders who worked in three seperate kindergartens. Afterwards we looked at our findings and compared it to the chosen theory for this thesis. This assignment has used data and research to see that there are many key elements in making positive relations in the kindergarten. We studied the pedagogical leaders opinions and competency within relations. The assignment have also studied relational competency in a managing perspective, use of communication and dialog in relations, and studied the development of relational competency in the kindergarten as an organization. | en_US |
