dc.description.abstract | he purpose of this assignment was to study JobLoop as a phenomenon and try to find out what they are doing in JobLoop and discuss whether this corresponds to what the researchers call good inclusion expertice. The topic was youth with complex assistance needs and challenges in an inclusion proceeding. The government has conducted an active market policy where they have invested heavily in this group, especially in the last two years, with large grants in the state budget. Method selection fell on qualitative method where I conducted an in-depth interview with two NAV supervisors who had worked with JobLoop. I went into the discussion with the understanding that JobbLoop is a successful method for including young people with complex needs in the workplace, although research shows disappointing results for work training. Along the way I gained a more understanding that only reinforced the first impression. The informants were very positive to JobLoop, but I take into account that the research effect may have taken into account the survey. I conclude that those who work with JobLoop, both employers, mentors and mentors, have good inclusion skills, but that better mentoring mentoring is needed to increase the level of assistance. But today, the Loop methodology can answer many of the challenges you face in an inclusion process. | nb_NO |
